From Henry@ Snook-Nook - Jensen Beach

Finally after a week of wind it has settled down.It was a tough week for surf anglers all most could do was look, white water, wind and more wave action. It was cool enough and the sun was bright and we know the fish are there but impossible conditions. Blues, Jacks, Mac’s and Pompano and all we could do was look but this is a new week, surf has settled now we can get even with them, still a three ounce conditions but the water has settled and the only thing missing is you and I.River anglers had to choose witch side of the river, wind played a factor all week but if you slowed down your retrieve I know you found Reds, Trout and Flounder. Water is cold so you need to find deeper water if Trout is your target, but the other two are every where. It is a live bait week, shrimp are the favored, or if you must put the smell to your artificial and let them set. Fish are moving slow, they will pick up a bait not strike at it and sent will keep them looking. About the Blues and Mac’s they are every where, they like the cold because everybody else slows down and that makes everything an easy target, well they can bend a rod and the numbers are there. Wind brought out the Snook anglers, the bridge were busy after sun down and the Flair Hawks were the bait
