From Native Tackle - Sebastian

INSHORE
Trout, redfish and snook, use live shrimp and artificials.  The sheepshead bite is still on, fish the docks and channel markers.  The pompano bite is red hot right now.... use doc's goofy jigs tipped with clam or shrimp for best results.  Fish the South side of the inlet and the Wabasso area.  The tripletail bite is hit or miss... fish the edges of the channel and the channel markers.  The spoil islands have been producing some whiting and trout but the trout have been on the smaller size. Thejacks have been hitting on most anything.  Fish the docks and the spoil islands.  The ladyfish, jacks and reds have been plentiful back in the Sebastian river.  Some reports of trout but they have been on the smaller size back there as well.
INLET
Pompano, blackdrum, flounder, sheepshead, spanish mackerel, blues, jacks, redfish and tarpon. Fish an outgoing tide for the redfish and tarpon.  Fish the South side near the L dock for the pompano.  Reports state that if you are targetingflounder fish an incoming tide using live shrimp, finger mullet and/or mud minnows.
SURF
Pompano, whiting, silver trout and weakfish.
