From Native Tackle - Sebastian

INSHORE
The sheepshead have been prominent around the docks and at the inlet.  Along with the sheepshead anglers are having fun with the black drum and smallmangrove snapper.  If you want to try to stay out of the wind and maybe get some good action with snook and reds, try fishing North near Honest John's.  Reports oftrout, a lot on the small size and the larger ones being caught have had a good amount of worms in them.  Some lady fish, tarpon and smaller snook are being caught back in the Sebastian river.  It has been hit or miss with the pompanoaction!  One day it's good and the next, not so much!  Talked with several anglers that jig the Wabasso bridge the first day was good and the next nothing! Hit or miss!  Not many people boating this past week due to the winds and it being a little colder but we are in store for some great weather this weekend and next week so the water temp will get better and the fish will be hungry!
INLET
This past week anglers are catching blues, sheepshead, black drum, reds, trout, pompanomackerel and margate.  Some anglers are having luck with snook but for the most part the snook bite has slowed up due to the water temp.
SURF
Lots of whiting, good size pompano the few that are being caught with the sharkaction in the surf, spanish mackerel, black tips and spinner sharks.
