Sebastian Inlet Report

04-04-13 THURSDAY: SLOW BITE YESTERDAY

We have an overcast morning at the inlet and we've seen a little rain. Winds are blowing out of the South at 13 mph and gusting to 18. Winds are predicted to pick up even more this afternoon, small craft should exercise caution.

Yesterday morning was very slow on the north jetty. A few Spanish Mackerel came over the rails, one Sheepshead, a couple of small but keeper Flounder, one big Jack and a Black Drum came over the rails before noon yesterday. Tommy Turowski at the Sebastian Inlet Bait and Tackle Shop reports that in the afternoon and few large Blues and some Spanish Mackerel were landed, but it was a slow afternoon as well.

Today we are featuring a Meaner and Leaner  "Big Dave" with some nice Blues and Macs that headed to the smoker. If your looking for some smoked fish he's the Man
