                                  Catch 365
"Suspended Stubborn Snook"

When you have stubborn snook suspended in 2-4' of water; a small suspending lure, like a mirrodine or mirrominnow, is an excellent choice to throw at them.
Twitch the lure down to their depth and just let it sit in front of them. When you can't stand it anymore, give the lure a small twitch...and HANG ON!
Pro Tip: In a lot of these situations, the water is very clear. Avoid using any terminal tackle, and go with the lightest flurocarbon leader possible.
