Sebastian Inlet Report

06-09-14 MONDAY: BLUE RUNNERS, MANGROVE SNAPPER, JACKS, SNOOK, REDS AND A FEW SMALL SHEEPSHEAD.

It's a beautiful morning at the Sebastian Inlet. Winds are blowing out of the West-Southwest at 3 mph, gusting to 5. The water is calm and the flats are smooth. Be sure to take lots of sun screen, water and insect repellent if you head to the inlet today. Sometimes the lack of wind will get the no see 'ums biting.

Tommy Turowski reported that smatterings of different fish were caught over the weekend, but nothing in huge numbers. We're not seeing much action from either jetty. Tommy said a few Blue Runners, Mangrove Snapper, Snook, Reds and Jacks were landed, along with a few small Sheepshead.
