From Whites Tackle - Ft Pierce / Stuart

Fishing in the Indian River has still been good, with plenty of Redfish around, and some larger Seatrout. Both species have been taken on Hook Up Jigs, DOA CAL jigs, and Gulp Shrimp. Fly anglers have been scoring on crab patterns for Redfish, and Clouser Minnows and Seaducers for the Seatrout. There have also been Pompano caught intermittently on jigs. Fishing the inlets for Snook has been good as well, but closed season lasts a few more weeks. In the surf, fishing for Pompano has been good on sand fleas and clams, and there’s still plenty of Bluefish around taking spoons.
