Sebastian Inlet Report

06-02-16 THURSDAY: REDS AND SNAPPER

It's more great weather today with winds out of the east at 10 to 15 mph and a few isolated showers possible by the afternoon. The high will be near 88. For the boaters, expect 2 to 3 foot seas with a light chop on the intracoastal waters. There are no NOAA advisories posted at this time.

Sebastian Inlet Bait and Tackle Shop's Tommy Turowski reports that it's a beautiful morning at the Inlet with just a handful of folks fishing and sightseeing. Tommy says the anglers have had a lot of luck with mangrove snapper and reds, with those catches coming both early and late on the incoming and outgoing tides. The bait of choice...shrimp.
