From Whites Tackle- Ft. Pierce

Inshore, snook fishing overnight was good in the turning basin, inlet and off the south jetty. 2oz. redtail hawks have been producing a few in the slot catches and some over the slot sized snook as well. Bull shark catches were reported yesterday by some anglers fishing out front of the Coast Guard station along the Ft. Pierce inlet. Live shrimp have been producing catches of tomato mouth grunts along the channel edges. Trout fishing this winter has been very good due to the mild temperatures and can be found in the deeper pockets of water.
